Bremerhaven-based Addicks & Kreye Container Service GmbH & Co. KG is upgrading its depot operations by implementing the operateMybox Depot module from EUROGATE IT, combined with an integration of CONROO’s digital truck handling solution.

The cloud-based operateMybox Depot module supports the digitalisation of core depot workflows, including container handling, storage management, repair processes, and reporting. By integrating CONROO, Addicks & Kreye extends the system with digital pre-announcement, automated gate processing, and app-based yard allocation for truck drivers.

Using the CONROO app, truck arrivals can be scheduled in advance, access to the depot is handled digitally, and drivers receive clear instructions for yard positioning. This reduces waiting times and congestion while enabling smoother capacity planning and more efficient use of resources.

The combined solution has already demonstrated operational benefits at REMAIN Container Depot and Repair in Hamburg, where the use of operateMybox Depot together with CONROO has helped reduce bottlenecks and optimise daily depot processes.

With the rollout in Bremerhaven, Addicks & Kreye continues to advance the digitalisation of depot operations, leveraging integrated software solutions to improve transparency, efficiency, and truck turnaround times.
