North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB)

The application can be downloaded for free starting from 15.09.2025. from the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Please note that the app version 4.1.5 is required for optimal user experience.

To access the terminal, the driver must purchase a CONROO Gate Pass (if they haven’t already) and verify their identity through our app by showing their government-issued ID and completing a liveness check.

We use an external provider called IDnow to carry out identification in our app. The currently supported documents are national ID cards, passports, residence permits, German temporary ID cards, and German refugee passports. These documents must be physically present during the identification process and valid at the time of verification.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each driver must have their own account with their personal data in the CONROO profile. We recommend creating CONROO accounts in the app using email addresses so that drivers can continue to use their profile on other devices. Please note that additional restrictions apply to Gate Pass users for security reasons. You can find more information here.
